Daniel is a chartered Building Services Engineer with over nine years experience in M&E design consultancy. He joined Fruition Properties as a Technical Manager, working closely with design teams and contractors to ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained on all projects. Previously, Daniel worked at Hoare Lea LLP where he led a number of projects in the commercial and residential, with project values up to £200m. Daniel holds a 1st class degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
