Grosvenor bulks-up Bermondsey build-to-rent scheme with more affordable homes

City Hall has granted planning permission for one of London's biggest build-to-rent developments; the former Peek Frean biscuit factory site in Bermondsey will deliver over 1,500 new rental homes.
