Asking prices cut on a third of Royal Borough instructions

Savills has been looking into the profile of the prime market across London’s 33 boroughs using data on £1m+ sales from the Land Registry.

Here's a nice little animation from the ONS to show just that. There were only a very few south eastern pockets with a median house price of over £300,000 20 years ago;

Pre-election uncertainty saw new instructions fall for the third month in a row, and house prices rise again in all parts of the UK in April, according to the latest from the RICS.
