Franchised estate agency Winkworth has brought its recruitment in-house, creating a new department to manage staff hiring for its c.100 UK offices.
Lucy King has been brought in to run the show as Head of Recruitment. She started out in 2005 as a sales agent with KFH, before moving over to property recruitment five years ago; King has since managed hiring for Chestertons and specialist resi recruitment agency LKPR.
The aim is to “enhance the company’s offering to franchisees” by providing “a personal, efficient recruitment service to ensure high standards of employment throughout the offices and drive their future expansion.”
