Estate agency franchisor Winkworth is continuing to grow its UK network at quite a pace. The firm has added four new operations in Cheltenham, Kingsbury, Milford-on-Sea and Brentford, taking the office tally up to 60 in the capital and 97 nationwide.
The firm said it expects to see more opportunities both to convert existing agencies to its brand and to grow new franchises over the course of the year…
Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth: “Opening four new offices in prime locations across the country has been a really positive start to 2017. We have seen an increase in enquiries from business owners looking to convert to the Winkworth brand, and as a result, we are moving confidently forward with our organic growth plan. Winkworth continues to attract high quality individuals both externally and from within the business, and we ensure they each have the support they need to grow and evolve their franchises.”
Cheltenham will be owned and operated by Tom Mayfield, who previously worked for the agency in Dulwich; Milford-on-Sea will be run by Chris Collinge, who set up the Sway office; Kingsbury will be owned by a new franchisee Ajay Bathija; and Brentford will be operated by existing franchisee in charge of Fulham, Parsons Green and Ladbroke Grove, Sohail Janjuha.
Milford-on-Sea is due to open late March, with Kingsbury in April and the remaining two in May.
