UK house prices return to growth for the first time in two years

Demand, supply, prices & deal numbers all increased in August, says the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Official data suggests property values are increasing in most regions, but not in London.

"We think that 2025 will mark the beginning of a new property market cycle, with London leading the way, outperforming all other regions for the first time since 2015," says Hamptons' Head of Research.
