Supercool Silvestrin house in Hampstead asks £22.5m

Glebe Place is one of Chelsea's most intriguing turnings for a number of reasons; first and foremost for being where Uncle Monty resided in great splendour in cult film Withnail & I (at Number 35).

Believed to be one of the earliest examples of a semi-detached house designed to look like a single house, this important Georgian affair has just come up for sale in south east London.

An unusual proposition has come up on one of Hampstead's best turnings. Two adjacent plots are being offered on Redington Road, each with full planning permission for a chunky family residence.
