Prime London lettings market hindered by limited supply

The number of properties available to let is up by over 60% compared to a year ago, but levels are still around 40% below where they were in 2019.

The total number of available homes remains some 50% lower than five years ago.

Annual rental growth of 3.8% was up only slightly last month, while activity levels fell back after a good start to the year.
