Prime global rents still ‘running hot’ with 7.5% annual growth

Singapore and London have seen the biggest prime rental price increases over the last year, according to Knight Frank's latest city index.

Savills expects global prime rental prices to rise further in 2024 - but growth 'will likely remain below the historic average.'
