“Moderation is back in vogue” in prime central London – Knight Frank

If proof was needed after the recent chorus of voices calling the top of the market, Knight Frank has reported a 'softening' in demand across prime central London last month.

There's a lot going on in EA Shaw's "Patch" (the bit between the West End and the City); new masterplans and new prime property developments seem to be popping up all over the place.
