LonRes launches personalised report building tool

Firm continues to build 'powerful, one-stop research facility' for subscribers

Property data powerhouse LonRes has launched a new report building tool for its subscribers, drawing on live sales and lettings data at postcode level.

The latest addition to the suite of ResData products makes full use of the firm’s proprietary data and is designed to help agents pitch for new business, impress clients and crucially, given the current market, manage some expectations. Firms can customise the reports with their own logos and titles and create micro-level sales and lettings overviews for each chosen area.

The firm is offered the service free of charge to subscribers of its sales or lettings resources and archives.

Anthony Payne, Director at LonRes: “LonRes has a history of providing its subscribers with data and analysis on the prime London housing market and this latest product provides them with the most up-to-date information available at a detailed level. The reports, which are available free to subscribers, can be dropped into pitch packs or used for marketing purposes. They have been designed to demonstrate local expertise; enable the user to stay ahead of the competition and help manage client expectations.”

Set up by Anthony Payne and William Carrington in 2000, the firm provides its subscribers with access to a live database of over 12,000 properties for sale and over 10,000 properties available to let across prime London.
