February & March are the best months to list a home for sale – Rightmove

Rightmove data confirms the best time to list to tap the Spring buying season.

Property portal reports higher deal numbers, increased buyer demand & rising supply compared to the start of last year.

But 91% of sellers in 2024 still sold their homes for more than they paid, with nearly a third making six-figure gains.
