Dexters buys SE London estate agency Roy Brooks

Mr and Mrs Clarke is looking to swell its self-employed ranks and to recruit a new in-house sales manager.

Ben Gee has left Marsh & Parsons after 13 years to set up his own firm, called Hat and Home, offering a "fresh, modern and energetic" take on estate agency in Berkshire.

Steph Walker, Andy Vass and Mark Bruce and have set up The Agency UK, with ambitions to expand across the UK.
