Battersea Power Station's Matthew Sansom: How living on the high street came back in fashion
BPSDC sales boss explores how the resurgence of the high street is shaping demand for resi property.
Matthew Sansom is Head of Sales at Battersea Power Station Development Company, overseeing all residential sales activity at Battersea Power Station and managing the company’s in-house team. Having joined the project in 2014, Matthew has witnessed the development progress substantially from a brownfield site to the thriving neighbourhood it is today, home to over 3,000 residents and over 150 shops, restaurants, bars and leisure experience. With half of the project still to be progressed, Matthew is now actively involved in developing plans for the future phases, with construction of two new Gehry-designed buildings due to begin in early 2026.
