Back in Town: ‘Buyers are saying that they found rural life lonely & quiet’
"London’s suburbs are now red hot," says buying agent Sara Ransom, as house-hunters look to return to city life. Buyers in Putney, Dulwich, Wimbledon, Richmond and Greenwich in particular "should sharpen their elbows."

She then moved to buying agency to work with Phil Spencer (Location, Location, Location) before joining Stacks London 7 years ago.
