Emma Gosling

Emma Gosling has experience in all areas of commercial and residential property litigation with particular expertise in residential disputes and leasehold enfranchisement. She advises and acts for estates, investment funds and tenant owned management companies primarily in Central London. She also acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to enfranchisement claims and enfranchisement related litigation including professional negligence claims. Emma trained at Forsters and became a Senior Associate in 2017. She is a recommended individual in the Legal 500 UK, 2019.
