Guy started his career in the Leasehold Reform team at Knight Frank in 2009 but since January 2012 he has worked in the Residential Capital Markets team at Knight Frank focusing on income producing assets across the residential investment sector. Guy has worked in the agency team since 2012 advising on acquisitions and disposals of residential blocks of flats and portfolios (PRS), HMOs, Ground Rents and Reversionary interests and Serviced Apartments. Guy's primary focus is on the South East but he has been involved in numerous large deals across the UK and Europe.
