Hammersmith and Fulham estate agency Lawsons & Daughters has signed up to be an affiliate member of the Experts in Property, a network of independent estate agencies across South West England.
L&D has previously played host to tEiP’s Westcountry Property Exhibitions in London, which show off available properties from the network’s 80 branches. This affiliate deal sees the arrangement move to a more permanent footing, and will see network properties on display in Lawson & Daughters’ North End Road windows in Fulham.
Appropriately, L&D recently recruited a new Sales Manager with a West Country bent; Gary Newman ran his own estate agency in Cornwall before returning to work in London.
Brian Corson, director of Lawsons & Daughters: “There is a steady flow of people relocating from London to the South West, a move particularly popular with families and retirees, who are looking to escape the hum drum of the city for a better quality and more relaxed pace of life, as well as entrepreneurs and creatives, who seek the opportunity to combine their home and their income – either by providing services to the tourism industry or by gaining the space for an ‘in-house’ office, workshop or studio. We are delighted to become one of only a handful of South West specialists in the South East and to have the opportunity to fulfil these dreams for our local buyers.”
Steve Moir, chairman of the Experts in Property: “Lawsons & Daughters is a very professional and efficient agency in a fantastic location that’s easy to reach. Our exhibitions there have been highly successful, attracting visitors looking for a diverse mix of property, from small boltholes to country estates. I speak for all 80 offices in officially welcoming Lawsons & Daughters to the network. We’re extremely pleased that Brian and his team have embraced and are extremely enthusiastic about becoming a London-based Westcountry agency and we are thrilled to be able to offer our clients a continuous, direct and very proactive link to city buyers.”
