Super-prime rental market surges in the Home Counties

Prime rents across the Home Counties are now 0.8% lower than they were a year ago, after dropping by 0.

There's been "a notable slowdown" in top-end rents around the world over the last quarter, says Knight Frank, as the agency's Prime Global Rental Index records its weakest annual growth rate since 2009.

In stark contrast to what's being going on in the sales market, average rental values across prime London are now 7.4% higher than they were at this point last year.
