Strutt & Parker ramps up property price forecasts
Estate agency Strutt & Parker has revised its 2020 forecasts for the UK's property market after a "mini-boom" in transactions in the last few months. "The buzz further down the chain is indirectly and perhaps subconsciously having an effect on high-end buyers who have been very motivated to get on with things," says the firm's London chief.
