‘Steep rise’ in prime London tenancy agreements as demand escalates

"It still feels like it’s more of a tenants market" in prime London, says Knight Frank's Head of Lettings, "but we are going into the busiest period of the year and I would expect supply to come down.

"There has never been a busier lettings market at any time over the last 20 years," says Knight Frank's head of prime lettings, David Mumby.

“The see-saw of high supply and low demand is tipping back the other way,” says Knight Frank. “Demand is coming from multiple sources and rental values are getting stronger as a result.”
