Average estate agency commission fees across England & Wales's regions are estimated to range from c.£1,800 in the North East to c.£9,200 in London.

“I must have dealt with more short-term contracts in the last quarter than in any previous three-month period throughout my 30 years in the industry," says the boss of a property recruitment agency.
