Savills expands in the Caribbean

Agency inks new partnership deal in the Turks & Caicos Islands

Savills has partnered up with with Caribbean agency NW Hamilton Realty Ltd in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

NW Hamilton was founded by Norman W. Hamilton in 2006; the firm specialises in the sales and leasing of private homes and condominiums.

It’s the latest addition to Savills’ network in the area, which now covers a lot of very nice beachfront destinations, with a pretty active local development and leisure pipeline, including the W Hotel and Ritz Carlton on Grace Bay Beach and the planned Third Turtle Resort and marina in Turtle Cove.

James Burdess, head of Savills Caribbean desk: “This latest association further strengthens our Caribbean network which already includes Barbados, St Lucia, Grand Cayman, Antigua, Grenada and the Bahamas.”

Norman W. Hamilton: “The real estate market in the Turks and Caicos Islands continues to grow at a steady pace with new buyers from international markets.  One of the strongest growing sections of the market is the luxury private villa market that has grown in popularity over the last couple of years. The condo-resort market remains strong, offering an income-producing turnkey solution.”
