Sales success at Sky Gardens as buyers snap up all the private apartments

Enstar Capital has achieved an impressive sell-out at its latest scheme in Covent Garden, hitting a top rate of £2,260 per square foot.

£140m worth of apartments in a new scheme in Canary Wharf sold in the space of four hours over the weekend, with some buyers queuing for up to 36 hours to lay down their hard-earned cash.
