Sales activity climbs, but prime regional property markets ‘remain price sensitive’

Savills expects 'increasingly cautious' London & regional top-ends to remain price sensitive in H2.

'Market conditions have notably shifted' in the last six months, say analysts, as top-end price forecasts are scaled back again.

Savills says top-end values 'are continuing to ease back, albeit at a slower pace, at a time when we might have conservatively expected them to bottom out, if not pick up.'
