If we want the market to function more efficiently again, we need to stop viewing the housing crisis purely through the lens of first-time buyers, says brokerage chief.
A serial property entrepreneur, Rupert is founder of The London Broker, and Chair of the Advisory Board For AgentWise. In 2010 Rupert founded The London Management Company, which has become London’s foremost private management business, now managing a portfolio in excess of £2bn, including some of London’s most exceptional homes. Rupert continues to represent private and corporate clients, using his extensive network & experience to facilitate their acquisitions and disposals.
