New recruit Anna Lazenbury previously set up the property division for international family office Stonehage Fleming
London-based property consultancy Harwood Advisory has bolstered its team on the back of a “turbo-charged” first couple of years.
Anna Lazenbury (pictured right) has joined Sami Robertson’s boutique firm as senior property advisor, having previously set up the property division for international family office Stonehage Fleming, to cover all UHNW real estate requirements.
Alongside the advisory service, she created a property search offering and has to date advised on more than £475mn of acquisitions and disposals across London and Singapore. She has also recently completed an interior design course at KLC in Chelsea Harbour.
Robertson, who became a KF partner in his 20s and has racked up £1bn in accumulated sales during his career, founded Harwood in 2020, describing the offering as a “one stop shop” with global reach. Fellow ex-Knight Franker Susannah Fox, a qualified surveyor, joined the team last year as a consultant.
So far, deals worth a combined £150mn have been completed across PCL and the Home Counties; services include prime property sales, search and rentals.

Sami Robertson, CEO and Founder of Harwood Advisory: “Harwood continues its turbo-charged growth trajectory. With over £150mn of completed transactions in prime Central London and the Home Counties, it has been necessary to further expand our highly professional prime property team through the addition of Anna Lazenbury.
“Anna is steeped in prime property transaction and rentals, beginning her property career in 2004 which included setting up the property arm of Stonehage Fleming to cover all UHNW property requirements on both the sourcing and acquisition side as well as on the advisory side. Anna joins Susannah Fox and myself. The team now provides seamless coverage of prime property and Home Counties sales, search and rentals.”
Anna Lazenbury: “I am delighted to have joined Harwood. Sami has built a fantastic brand and I look forward to working alongside him and Susannah to further develop our offering. We are passionate about property and helping clients; I think there are exciting times ahead.”
Big-brand agency defies tough market conditions to complete three super-prime deals in as many weeks, as younger international wealth turns its attention to one of PCL’s traditional strongholds.
