Rental demand picks up by 6.6% in London

Buying agency Haringtons is reporting "a huge influx" of demand for large furnished rental properties in prime London, as families are forced out of their homes by the recent flooding.

"It still feels like it’s more of a tenants market" in prime London, says Knight Frank's Head of Lettings, "but we are going into the busiest period of the year and I would expect supply to come down.
