Prime London rental growth holds steady

Rental stock at the end of April was down 6.7% year-on-year and 55.7% lower than five years ago, according to LonRes.

Available stock levels were down by nearly 20% at the end of last month, compared with a year earlier.

The total number of properties available to rent at the end of last month was nearly 50% lower than five years ago.
