Prime London lettings lose momentum after early-year bounce

£5,000-a-week-plus tenancies rose 17% last year despite lower overall volumes, reports Knight Frank.

LonRes recorded an annual movement of 2.5% in September, although average rents are still nearly 40% above pre-pandemic levels.
