New Head of Cotswolds for The Buying Solution

Knight Frank's independent buying arm brings in Harry Gladwin as Jonathan Bramwell takes on "a more active role" in the running of the company

Harry Gladwin has joined The Buying Solution’s country team to run the firm’s Cotswolds region, while Country Head Jonathan Bramwell steps up to take on “a more active role” in the management of the company, with the title Head of TBS.

Qualified Chartered Surveyor Gladwin has moved to the buying side from parent company Knight Frank’s Oxford office, where he has been selling cottages, country houses and farms for the past decade or so. He counts himself as a Cotswold local, as his family has farmed land just outside of Chipping Campden since the early 18th century and he still lives in the ‘hood.

Bramwell’s been with TBS for about six years, having started out as a selling agent with Savills in Bath before setting up that firm’s buying agency arm in 2000 – which became Prime Purchase in 2002. After a quick year running Savills’ country house sales division from London, Bramwell joined Knight Frank’s acquisitions offering The Buying Solution in 2011, heading up the country team.
