London house prices to flatline until 2028 as prime markets 'remain subdued'

Dubai, New York, Geneva and Paris are likely to see top-end residential values rise next year, but other international wealth hubs could see prices fall.

"We think that 2025 will mark the beginning of a new property market cycle, with London leading the way, outperforming all other regions for the first time since 2015," says Hamptons' Head of Research.
