Foxtons profits end up after ‘a year of two halves’

Strutt & Parker has acquired two-branch Buckinghamshire estate agency Roberts Newby.

A prime-focused agency in York has reported a "remarkable" few months, after agreeing £17m worth of deals at an average of £1.9m a pop.

Foxtons has set itself a target to expand its network of offices within the M25 from the current 58 to 100 in the next five years.
