Knight Frank: Five reasons developers should bet on London's land market
Resi development boss Nick Alderman makes the case for building in the capital, amid market resilience & 'unique opportunities' in the residential space.

Nick Alderman entered the property industry in 2001 with a year at Foxtons before a four year stint as a land buyer with a national house builder. Nick joined Knight Frank in April 2006 and for five years worked in all areas of residential development including land sales and acquisitions, development consultancy and valuations. Since 2012 Nick has specialised in the sale and acquisition of development land with notable market leading sales including St John’s Wood Barracks for £250m. In 2016 Nick took ownership of the west and south west London land market and has grown Knight Franks market share with notable deals including The Honey Monster Factory in Southall and The Ram Brewery in Wandsworth.
