‘Exquisite’ Grade I Georgian seat available for first time since 1724

One of the most important houses in the West Country, the Grade I listed Trafalgar Park, has hit the market for £12m.

Knight Frank has sold the 1,324 acre Shakenhurst Estate on the Worcestershire/Shropshire border for £16m, claiming it as England's "first major estate sale of 2014."
