Chestertons launches interactive historical house price tool

The ONS has published annual "House Price Statistics for Small Areas" (let's call them HPSSAs) for the very first time. The move is designed to make it that bit easier to drill down into local trends.

Savills has launched a swanky new interactive map of London to help buyers hone in on a particular area, measure it up against its neighbours and see where it's headed price-wise over the next five years.
