CBRE into bat on prime St John’s Wood development site

Agency selected to sell 'prestigious' 132-unit scheme next to the home of cricket

CBRE has been called up to sell a significant prime resi development opp in St John’s Wood.

As we heard back in November, The Landseer, a 1.47 acre site with planning for a 132-unit scheme, is being sold off by receivers appointed by Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency.

The consent allows for a ten-storey tower on St John’s Wood Road, with many of the planned apartments enjoying grandstand views of the hallowed Lord’s cricket ground.

Peter Burns of CBRE said: “CBRE is delighted to have been appointed to sell The Landseer in St John’s Wood on behalf of the Receivers. With fantastic views of Lord’s Cricket Ground, there is the opportunity to deliver one of London’s most prestigious residential schemes that will appeal to UK and international buyers.”
