Carter Jonas launches York lettings team

Hot on the heels of the JLL and W.A.Ellis merger this week, we hear Carter Jonas has also just fortified its resi presence in the capital by acquiring a high-end, two-office independent in SW London.

Following the launch of a commercial property arm last year, top London buying agency VanHan has set up a new lettings department, recruiting Knight Frank's Matilda Macpherson to run the show.

Tim Van der Schyff has joined venerable estate agency John D Wood & Co as Lettings Director, with Kate Ives joining in support as Area Manager.
