Alexandra Hirst

Alexandra is an associate in Boodle Hatfield's Family and Private Client & Tax departments. She has experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, the resolution of financial issues and the arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship, often involving high-net worth individuals and matters with an international element. She also has experience assisting on pre and post nuptial agreements and claims for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act. Alexandra also advises in connection with contentious trust and estate matters, including challenges to the validity of wills, claims for breach of trust, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and applications to court for directions on behalf of executors. Alexandra is a contributor to articles in the legal and general press, and Tolley's Estate Planning 2015-2016. Alexandra trained with Boodle Hatfield and qualified in September 2014.
