William Bethune

William Bethune is an associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Property Litigation department which he joined in 2014 having previously worked and trained in the West End. He specialises in Leasehold Enfranchisement and acts for both landlords and tenants advising on statutory and non-statutory lease extensions and freehold purchases, right to manage applications, right of first refusal and residential leases.
