Richard Pulford

Richard is an Associate in Boyes Turner’s Property Disputes team and advises on all elements of residential and commercial property matters. He has over 10 years of experience in property law and has regularly handled complex defended possession matters, high value deposit disputes, HMO licensing and enforcement and disrepair claims. He has acted in commercial lease negotiations, service charge challenges and boundary disputes. Richard has also carried out regular training for landlords and managing agents often organised by national regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with their legal responsibilities.
