Philip Eastwood

Philip Eastwood is Head of London at The Buying Solution, the independent being consultancy of Knight Frank. He has worked in the prime property market for over 25 years where he started his career in a boutique agency in Chelsea in 1988. Prior to joining TBS in January 2015, Philip worked for Knight Frank since 2000 at the Notting Hill office, having previously worked for another international agent in Knightsbridge and Kensington. Born in London, living in Chelsea with his family and two children and having worked in various locations in London has meant that Philip’s knowledge of the area is second to none.
