Emma Chadwick & Stephen Burke

Emma Chadwick is the Head of Taylor Wessing's UK Real Estate Disputes team. She specialises in property disputes and advises developers, investors and private clients on disputes concerning land or buildings. She also acts for investors and funds in respect of asset management for both commercial and residential property and for high net worth individuals and family offices on a range of property issues. Stephen Burke is a senior counsel in the Real Estate Disputes group and specialises in advising clients on a wide variety of property related disputes.
