Zoopla predicts UK house price growth to slow to 3% by the year’s end
"Buyer demand remains high but there are now signs that market is softening," says Zoopla's research chief, as more vendors cut asking prices and deals take longer to materialise. The property portal now expects the annual rate of house price growth to slow to just +3% by the end of 2022.
