Winkworth opens second Surrey office this year

Fine & Country has opened its seventh office in Surrey, on St Judes Road, Englefield Green. Paul Garrod is running the show, which will specialise in marketing £800k+ homes.

Winkworth has opened its 93rd UK office, and fifth new one this year, in Guildford, Surrey. This latest branch is part the agency's plan to capitalise on booming markets in London's commuter belt;
