West Enders: The resi transformation of London’s West End

After four years of very little action to speak of, it's all kicking off in London's Docklands after a flurry of "game-changing" resi land deals.

Just under 800,000 sq ft of West End offices were converted into homes in 2013, says Colliers International, with another 1.82m sq ft of conversion projects now in the homeward-bound pipeline.
