'We have seen a huge rise of people returning to their roots': Property market predictions from a Welsh buying agent

Views

West Wales Property Finders boss Carol Peet expects demand for country and coastal homes to continue to run hot in 2022.

Born and brought up on a farm in Pembrokeshire and with her family being one of the oldest in the County, Carol’s in-depth knowledge of the area, property market and people of West Wales is second to none. Since she and Rayner returned to live in Pembrokeshire in 2004, Carol has spent 10 years running the West Wales office of The County Homesearch Company. Having helped her to establish the business Rayner went on to manage a number of building developments and then act as the Sales Director of the West Wales office of Fine and Country Estate Agents for several years. With the sale of The County Homesearch Company to American company, Dwellworks, Rayner and Carol felt the time was right to break out on their own and so founded West Wales Property Finders in the Autumn of 2014.
