Vendor sweetens penthouse deal with free Lamborghini

The vendor of a $38m Las Vegas penthouse is hoping to pique the interest of high-rolling buyers by throwing in a $250k Lamborghini hyper-car to sweeten the deal.

Business mogul Phil Maloof has apparently decided to bill the extravagant enticement – a brand new $250k Lamborghini Huracan – as a ‘matching Las Vegas lifestyle car’ and include it in the sale of the 59th floor, 27,000 square foot penthouse in Palms Place.

Speaking to World Property Journal, co-listing agent Lisa Sutton, VP of SSK Holdings and Realtor at Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty: “Akin to the Lamborghini Huracan, form follows function with the luxurious Founder’s Penthouse. 2015 is the inaugural year that Lamborghini is manufacturing the Huracan, (succeeding Lamborghini’s best- selling model, the Gallardo). We find this to be the ultimate in synergy: the car of the future, with the living experience of the future.”

The three-bed apartment itself was designed by Jon Jerde and took some four years to complete. Notable features include a DJ booth, 30-foot ceilings, 26 flat-screen televisions, a Picasso and a couple of Dalis.

The deal is being described by the agents as ‘a completely incomparable living and driving experience’.
