TWCL debuts Palace View scheme

A new development overlooking the Archbishop of Canterbury’s London gaff has hit the market today.

All 55 apartments and penthouses come with some form of outside space or winter garden, with residents’ amenities including a private cinema room, personal concierge service, secure underground car parking, a fully-equipped gym and a landscaped courtyard. The unit spec includes bespoke kitchens, bespoke lighting design, underfloor heating, and comfort cooling to the living areas and master beds.

Prices for the one beds are kicking off at £745k and the first lot are due for completion in Q4 2017/Q1 2018.
