Southern Grove and Topland Group have bought up a sizeable retail block in Ealing with designs on a £70m resi-led scheme.
Right in the Crossrail crosshairs, 104-110 The Broadway was snapped up by the firms for an undisclosed sum, and it sounds like there could be a 140-unit luxury resi transformation on the cards.
Announcing the deal, Mayfair-based Southern Grove said it’s been busy building up a “substantial warchest” to invest in resi and hotel development opportunities.
Andrew Southern Chief Executive Officer at Southern Grove: “Ealing Council have very impressive plans to regenerate this area which is set to get a massive boost from Crossrail. We are looking forward to working with the council again following our very successful , 50-homes, redevelopment of the Kings Arms at Park Grove, The Vale, Acton, W3.
“Our company is in a very exciting phase in its evolution and is currently working on a number of very interesting off-market residential and hotel proposals. But we are always looking for new opportunities.”
